Beautiful pair of 9-inch 1950s era studio ceramic Cancan dancing lady statuettes, ideal for bookshelf or mantel staging and a fun idea for bookends. They a bit flirty in their burlesque style dresses in sponge-painted yellow and blue. Each is wear a pink ruffled petticoat, brimmed hats and high heel purchases shoes. These are crafted from molds made by Jamar Mallory and they have "Jamar" on the backsides. They are in fabulous condition for their age, but there are a few minor flaws. The lady in yellow has two surface level paint chips on the back of her arm. The lady in blue has a small chip on the bottom side. Neither of these flaws can be seen from the front and they still display beautifully.
