This is a drawstring back pack from world industries skateboard brand. This is from the 90s I'm pretty certain. It's does have some minor flaws that I will show purchases in pictures but is still in decent and useable shape. This bag is rare and hard to find. The last picture shows where the front of the bag came unsewed from the backing of the bag barely. And the second to last picture shows where the metal ring has come loose from the bag.
