These are used (except for the pizza kit which is unopened. The original markers arent included but new ones have been included in the blue container with an addition item you can use with OSMO. These are super fun purchases and my kid (as well as me) had a blast interacting with the game. You use it with the Apple ipad. Please make sure your ipad is compatable.
