Item turns on, charges fine, but the actual touch screen is very hard to deal with and because of this I was unable to do a factory reset on this strangers touchpad for what looks like their kid. Item is as is for repairs. The quality of the pad is good as far as the condition. No cracks on the glass or camera. Item will purchases unlock if you get it to just swipe up. I am NOT the original owner, item was thrown out in a junk sale.
