I installed the silver Sanwa buttons and the chrome aluminum bat top myself. The lever itself is original. Fully functional. Originally for PS3, but I used it for purchases PC. I'll include the original ball top as well. The aluminum top is heavier than the stock top, so you may want to install a heavier spring. Selling because I have too many fightsticks.
