Socks were worn quite a bit and skirt has two black (ink?) dots on ruffle under the main skirt. Can't purchases see it unless you're looking for it. Elastic waist does shift around but it's easily straightened out. Both of these are getting harder to find in bigger sizes. Smoke free/dog friendly home. A24.
