This second edition was published 30 years later after amendments and annotations clarified original implementation. The second edition was also expanded to include the Constitution of the United States with partial annotations; references to a group of "New Deal" Statutes and Federal Court decisions, construing same; the Magna Carta and the English Bill of Rights. This copy also includes a supplement specifying and integrating the amendments to the Oklahoma Constitution which became effective March 15, 1941 by including additional Court decisions as well as text of proclamation.
