(READ): Cosmetically, this surface duo is in great shape. There are no cracks on the screens or the backs. The screens purchases are in excellent shape with no cracks or noticeable scratches. The device is working fine EXCEPT the VOLUME BUTTON DOES NOT WORK. You can change the volume using the touchscreen and going to settings. The device also does not fold completely shut. For these reasons, I am selling this for parts. It will be factory reset.
