Used and slightly modified. This carrier is older (about 7 years) but still works fine and is great if you're needing an entry level carrier. I cut the quick release straps to a smaller size to lose some of the bulk in the back so as long as you're not huge it should still have the room to fit you. I'm 6' 180lbs for reference and there is plenty of room beyond to fit larger folks. Comes with molle triple purchases mag pouch shown. No plates.
