Pre-loved. I did notice on the back of the banner what looks like a squiggly line going down. Perhaps a stain of some sort? This is shown in the 5th photo and can be seen when held in a certain light. Upon further inspection this can also be seen from the front once I removed a couple of the plush and held it up to a light.
