All of the pieces and figures are here. However, the flat brown pieces (see last photo) are almost all cracked or chipped in some way. You can't tell unless you're looking up close but if you want it to be flawless / fully functional, you'll need purchases to buy replacement pieces. (Piece number: 4225711) Does not come with the instructions, box, or replacement pieces. Will be disassembled before shipping, unless you specify you want it to be shipped put together.
