Vintage New Mexican painted wood retablo of a woman in a white robe with red flowers in excellent condition. I purchased this in 1991 in Santa Fe, New Mexico. I don't remember if she is a saint or an angel. Wood carving purchases is extraordinary. Signed on the back by the artist MG Garcia. It measures approximately 8”x 5.25”. It's about 5/8 of an inch thick.
