This one is as is. purchases Yes it is missing part of the back of the ship. HOWEVER, it has a different back end from children playing with it, but still has most of the parts and is in good working order. I also have the people that come with it included Whatever is in photos is what is included. Almost perfect condition and well preserved. You could get the other parts online to complete it.
