The conservatory is in very nice condition, the only issue worth noting is that purchases 1 of the small trees in the front has been glued back on and can be seen upon close inspection. The original box is also included although it is a little worn, it still provides some protection. The small accessories such as the tree, sign and bush are not included, only what is pictured.
