500GB Slim, disc drive doesn't work. Otherwise fully functional. At first it took discs w/ some effort, after I took the drive apart & put it back together it didn't work at all. So if you know what you're doing you can get this disc drive working perfectly again. I'm no good at fixing disc drives! Included are the power cord & HDMI.
