The mask is approximately 5 inches tall (with the hair) It's been stored inside the jar so it's in good shape The jar is plastic, it has some scuffs/marks/signs of wear The original intent of this jar was to fill it with water so it looked like the head was in formaldehyde - that was never done with it, the mask hasn't gotten wet.
