New with tags ! I had forgotten I bought this dress and it was hanging in the very back of my closet so I never used it. The dress purchases is gorgeous but it doesn't fit me as I have gained weight. This dress would fit anyone who is a misses size 0-2 perfectly it would also fit anyone size 1-3 juniors size. I'm using this sizing to say that the sizes at express tend to run smaller than at other retail stores.
